“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” ~ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Mission:
After 20 years in the EMS and Fire industry, I decided to alter direction and not just train Public Safety agencies on how to respond in an active threat in your work place or community. Now, I will share my passion by helping others in the corporate world along with public health. My ramp up process is designed to empower your team and prepare them for the worst day that could be anywhere at any time!!
I have spent my career as a Certified Flight Paramedic on a medical helicopter covering northeast WI for nearly 15 years and at the same time as a state employee serving as a regional trauma coordinator for 7 counties managing numerous programs for 10 hospitals, 50 EMS agencies, 72 Fire Departments along with Law Enforcement. My focus was injury prevention and trauma training for all EMS/Fire and hospitals in the region. My expertise was Active Shooter Response/Treatment and Fall Prevention in the community. My dedication brought over $500,000.00 in grant donations for equipment and coordinated dozen of full scale and functional exercises in Active Shooter Response. I currently work full time in a Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Lab in a Level II Trauma Center in Green Bay, WI. My hands-on approach comes from years of experience and expertise with the equipment.
Experienced trainers are key—that’s why when it comes to client selection, I am choosy. I want to give each of you the time and guidance you deserve. Show you equipment that is proven to work in the tragities you see every day around the world. Simple training using hands on practice saves lives when seconds count. Knowing what equipment to have ready and where to put them will add to your safety plan.

DownloadCheck out this great video on how to use the custom Jotform Fall Prevention App.
When the App was created it was only used on people who agree to a reffferal from a community service like the ADRC or Public Health. The signature box is only an option if you are worried about HIPAA.
Having a section that allows the EMS/Fire to refer a customer without actually having a fall at a public PR event is truly fall prevention.
Having a community safety program is key to continuum of care. We partnered with CitizenAid to provide online education to all teachers, coaches, and administrators.
Many hospital use EPIC to refer to community health but the app does allow for HIPAA compliant information transfer.
Used in the community in public places where the public can refer themselves at any time to have the Health Dept or ADRC contact them.
This App is designed for those communities that will have be covered by the same app going to the same ADRC or Health Dept. The drop down box allows for multiple agencies.
